Victorian Women's Register

The Victorian Women’s Register is part of the government’s commitment to ensure the membership of government boards and committees reflect the diversity of the communities they serve, and to encourage women to lead and become decision makers in the community. If you are interested in serving on government boards and committees you can register your interest. All you need is an active email address.

Joining a board or committee can lead to enormous personal benefits and rewards, allowing you to help make a difference to your community while gaining new knowledge and skills and expanding your networks. We have also created Women on Board Help Sheets covering topics from finding the board that is right for you through to skills needed.

The Office of Women's Policy regularly advertises upcoming board and committee vacancies and other opportunities to registrants via a general email alert. We also provide a central contact point for all Victorian Government departments who are seeking skilled individuals for upcoming vacancies on boards and committees.

Register online today to have a say in the decisions of tomorrow.
